The Campus Walk guide
Campus Walk has the same real campuses as Campus Crusher, with nothing to smash. It's a good way to revisit somewhere you miss or get a feel for a school you're thinking about, as long as you remember the map isn't perfect.

Things to do
Fill your passport
Walk up to a building and it counts as explored, earning a stamp on your campus passport. The map shows explored buildings in gold, so you can see what's left. Your passport is saved in your browser and is separate for each campus.
Ride the campus bus
Where a campus has enough road, a bus runs a loop past its big named buildings, stopping at signposted stops and announcing the current and next stop. Press E at a stop to board. Buildings you pass count toward your passport, which makes the bus the quickest way to explore a large campus.
Take the skateboard
Press B to cross long quads faster. Hills matter, because the campuses have real terrain where elevation data exists.
Change the mood
Run through the times of day, including sunset and night, when windows and street lamps light up. Change the weather and season as well. Game day sends crowds toward the stadium, with crowd noise and fireworks nearby. A Halloween mode with costumes and trick-or-treating appears around the holiday.
Say hello, or don't
Students walk the paths, and some will chat or sit on benches. You can wave at them, or you can throw a tomato, which splats on whatever it hits. Students hit by one aren't amused.
Good first campuses
Well-mapped campuses are the most rewarding to explore because most buildings have real names. The campus directory lists those with the most named buildings and links straight into the game.
